We moved from Dublin to Doolin in 1992, where we now live with our 2 sons, Ross and Jamie.
Karen's background training is in hotel and catering management, and she has worked in various positions as commis chef and waitress as well as managing several restaurants over the years. She also helped to run Doolin Kids Club - a sort of mini youth club in the area.
Myles has had a variety of careers including lobster fishing, market gardening, metal furniture making and stain glass design before discovering his true calling as head chef in his own business. He is currently building their dream home in Doolin - as well as working as a volunteer with the Doolin Coast Guard unit since 1993 (not a man who likes time on his hands..).
We are very passionate about our business and we hope this shows in our approach to the restaurant . Everything about it comes from the heart - the layout, the child-friendly atmosphere and wide variety of dishes on our menu.
